  1. Detect X-Shape Talents

Identify and nurture your top-performing employees with the X-Shape Talent feature. This approach enhances employee development and retention by providing clear pathways for career growth.

  2. Create Different Wallets

Enhance your reward system with the new wallet feature. Administrators can now create multiple wallets for different redeem options, providing flexibility and control over point usage. The global wallet remains, but additional wallets can be configured to allocate points from various sources to specific redeem options.

This targeted approach helps in driving engagement and satisfaction.

  3. Managing Donation Products

As an administrator, you can now configure the synchronization of donation products, either automatically or manually. Additionally, you have the ability to manage the list of countries where donations can be made, including the option to remove certain countries or disable specific donations. This allows for precise control over which projects are available on the application site and which countries users can donate to.
