Introducing a new feature to enhance culture profile security and access control. Now, admins have the ability to restrict culture profile visibility to admin users only. Simply check the 'Restrict Culture Profile to Admin Users' checkbox under 'System Settings,' ensuring that regular users won't have access. In the application, the 'Hello' widget adjusts accordingly, hiding specific sections for non-admin users and granting access to the Culture Profile page only to those with admin privileges. - Redesigned Support Page with Dynamic Support Options
Our support page has undergone a minor redesign. Out with the old, and in with something dynamic. The old fixed support options have been replaced with a dynamic range of options, aligning seamlessly with the module the client has been using.

2. User-Controlled Posts and Communication Preferences
Empower users to decide their presence on the social wall and choose whether to opt in or out of email and SMS communication. 3. Enhanced Attachment Visibility in Celebration Posts with Bulk Share
With this update, when celebration posts are listed on the social wall through bulk share, all users, will have the privilege to view attachments associated with these posts. This means that the valuable content you share in your celebration moments will reach a broader audience.

1. Flexible Rewards: Introducing Swag Programs
We're introducing a game-changing feature to our R&R system. Previously, programs were categorized as either monetary or non-monetary, with monetary programs exclusively sending points to recipients.
Now, with the ability to configure programs as either points-based or item-based, the possibilities are limitless. Administrators can choose to create item-based programs and even select the specific company-branded items available for senders to choose from. This empowers users on our platform to send meaningful company-branded items as rewards, departing from the traditional points-based approach. With this newfound flexibility, your rewards programs can be tailored to your unique needs, offering a more personalized and engaging experience for both administrators and users. ๐ง Recognition Experience Enhancements
1. Introducing Custom Date Ranges for P2P Programs
Check the box and use the range date picker to select 'Date from' and 'Date to.' This ensures your program is active only within the defined period. Programs with defined custom date ranges will only be visible within the specified period. Once the period ends, the program will no longer be accessible via URL or appear in the boost or Manage Points lists.
Additionally, we've added a 'Status' column to the programs list, allowing you to easily identify program types:
- Scheduled Program: Recognition programs with custom date ranges.
- Continuous Program: Recognition programs with continuous visibility.
- Hidden Program: Recognition programs with hidden visibility from the Application.
2. Streamlining User Selection in both, Campaigns and Nomination Programs
We're enhancing the logic behind user selection in Campaigns and in Nomination programs to align with the dynamic approach used in Peer-to-Peer (P2P) programs. This means users will now be dynamically pulled, making the selection process more efficient and user-friendly. The same unified view for selecting the participants will now include company structure with additional filters for a comprehensive and seamless experience. 3. Additional User Roles: Nominators as Managers and Nominees as Direct Reports
Ability for the admins to designate Nominators as Managers within the nomination program. This means that in specific scenarios, program recipients can now be considered direct reports to these designated Managers. 1.Control Home Page Slider Display
Flexibility to fine-tune your slider's content. In the 'Moment Type Details' section, we've added a toggle labeled 'Include in Home page Slider'. By default, this toggle is set to 'On', ensuring that your moment types are elegantly showcased on the Home Page Slider. Admins can effortlessly switch the toggle 'Off' when needed, allowing you to curate which moment types make a grand appearance on the slider and which stay behind the scenes. 2. Enhanced Visibility Control for Moments in Application
Introducing an improved feature for moment visibility on the application site. Now, when creating moments for colleagues, users can choose 'Surprise your colleague' for delayed visibility until the event date. Moments created for oneself will remain visible immediately. 3. Moment Customization with Additional Options
In the 'Manage Moment Types' section during moment type creation and editing, we've introduced 'Additional Options.' Now, you have the power to customize different moment types to your exact specifications by selecting whether to remove upload files, eCard, or GIF functionalities. 4. Flexible Celebration Page Options
In the System Settings page, we are introducing improved options for configuring the Celebration Page. Admins can now choose between two distinct views: 'Tiles View' and 'Interactive Celebration Page,' each tailored to specific needs.
- Tiles View: This view is designed for clients that need to limit moment creation. Admins can configure this view to display only birthday, anniversary, and new hire moments. The 'Create New Moment' button will be disabled, preventing the creation of other moment types. Additionally, 'Created by Me' tab will not be available on the application view.
- Interactive Celebration Page: This view maintains the current interactive celebration page, allowing the creation of various moment types. Admins can continue using this view for instances requiring a broader range of moments. In our Culture Intelligence Dashboard, specifically within the Employee Tenure Tab, we've introduced a powerful tool that puts you in control. Now, as an admin, you have the ability to initiate a call to action. You can choose to notify either all managers or specific managers about employees who may need a recognition boost. Experience a more empowered approach to employee retention. Admins can now send reminders to unengaged employees and managers, fostering higher engagement levels. Admin's configuration has been updated with two powerful additions to System Settings. Now, under the Recognition options section, a new checkbox gives you the ability to determine the visibility of campaign types like Subsidy, Health, and Earn Points on the app. Simply check the box to make them visible or keep it unchecked for a clean state. 'User Daily Dollar Spending Limit' field enables you to manually set a maximum daily spending threshold per user, ensuring compliance with money laundering policies. Previously, our automatic budget insertion triggered emails for global admins only.With this enhancement, our automated budget insertion notifications will now include local admins. This ensures that whenever 'Auto insert' transactions update budgets, all admins related to their area of responsibility will be notified for this matter.

Enhanced Nomination Program Report
As reporting needs might vary, two new checkboxes have been added under the voting section to give admins more control over the displayed data (Include voters & Include Non-Voters). These checkboxes will be available once you've selected a nomination program. Additionally, if you've already chosen a nomination program in one of the tabs, the system will remember your selection as you navigate through the other tabs. More Control in Social Feed Configuration Page
Social Feed Configuration page has reorganized it into clear labels for better organization. Now you can easily manage posts with User-Controlled, Auto-Published, and Program-Defined categories, while also filtering content as needed. Plus, enjoy the new option to exclude attachments from your social feed wall.

Within the 'Application Settings' section, we're adding a new text field called 'Limit Landing Images.' Here, you can specify the maximum number of landing images you want to have active simultaneously. This puts you in control, and based on the limit you define, administrators will have the freedom to activate that exact number of landing images. It's a straightforward way to ensure your landing page is as dynamic and engaging as your organization needs it to be. Previously, SMS functionality for P2P programs and Moments That Matter was always active. Now, with this new setting in the system settings page, administrators have the power to toggle it on or off, giving them complete control over whether this communication method is used.
